  13. I have been reading many posts in this newsgroup concerning the faxing
  14. problem with USR 28.8 AND 33.6 Modems. However, I have not seen any
  15. definite answer as to whether this is a USR hardware problem or fax
  16. software problem or both.

  18. I have a USR modem 28.8 (PC Card) version which gives very unrealiable
  19. faxing send and receive. It only works with one brand of fax machine
  20. in my test so far. It has failed on three other low to mid end fax
  21. machines.
